Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Mitesh Bhavsar ("BCEIE", "we", "us"), MB Internet Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. They apply to the website at bceie.mbtoolz.com, the BCEIE web app, and the alerts we send by Telegram, email and browser notification (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What BCEIE is — and what it is not

BCEIE collects corporate announcements that listed companies file with NSE and BSE, reads them (including attached PDFs), sorts them into categories, gives them an automated impact score and a short summary, and alerts you about the stocks and events you choose.

BCEIE is an information tool. It is not investment advice.

  • We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst, and we are not a stockbroker. We do not execute trades or hold your money or securities.
  • Categories, scores, labels such as "positive" or "negative", summaries and Risk Radar flags are produced automatically from public filings. They are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold any security, and they do not take your financial situation into account.
  • Investments in securities are subject to market risks. Read the original filing and all related documents, and consult a SEBI-registered adviser if you need advice. Decisions you make are your own.

2. Accuracy of information

Filings come from public exchange sources and can be delayed, revised, withdrawn or incomplete. Automated reading and AI-generated summaries can contain mistakes or miss details. Every item links to the original filing — that original is the authoritative version. Prices and market data may be delayed. We work to keep the Service accurate and timely, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, correct or current.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email and devices secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it or let others use it.
  • Give us accurate information, including GST details if you want them on invoices.

4. Plans, launch offer and payment

  • Free plan. Available without payment, with the limits shown on the Pricing page.
  • Launch offer. For a limited time every account gets all features of our paid plans at no charge. We do not collect payment details during the offer. When the offer ends your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan yourself; you will never be charged automatically because the offer ended. We will tell you by email at least 7 days before the offer ends.
  • Paid plans. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay by card or UPI Autopay. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
  • Free trials. If a trial is offered, the first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your plan. You can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, republish or redistribute alerts, scores, summaries or other content from the Service to third parties, or use them to build a competing product;
  • scrape the Service, access it with bots or automated tools other than features we provide (such as the calendar feed), or place an unreasonable load on it;
  • try to get around plan limits, security measures or rate limits, or probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation, spreading false information about securities, or trading on unpublished price-sensitive information.

6. Intellectual property

The BCEIE software, design, scores, categories and summaries belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own investing and research while your account is active. Exchange filings belong to the companies and exchanges that publish them. Your own data — watchlists, holdings and alert rules — remains yours.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with services run by others, such as Telegram, Razorpay, email providers, browser notification services and brokers you choose to import from (for example Dhan). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Availability and alerts

We aim to keep the Service running at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that every filing will be captured, or that alerts will arrive at a particular time or at all. Exchanges, messaging services and networks can fail or delay delivery. Do not rely on BCEIE as your only source for time-critical decisions. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove a core feature of a paid plan you are paying for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose;
  • we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information in it;
  • our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@bceie.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you may cancel before then.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly (see Grievance officer). Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
